Anxiety & overwhelm
When your thoughts feel loud and the day feels heavy, anxiety can quietly take up a lot of space. Together we’ll make room to slow down, listen to what your worry is trying to say, and find some softness around it.

How we can work together
Whatever you’re bringing, it’s welcome here. Below are some of the themes that come up most often — but you don’t need to fit your life into any of them to begin.

When your thoughts feel loud and the day feels heavy, anxiety can quietly take up a lot of space. Together we’ll make room to slow down, listen to what your worry is trying to say, and find some softness around it.
02
Grief doesn’t move in straight lines, and there’s no right way to do it. Whether your loss is recent or one you’ve carried for a long time, this is a space to feel it honestly — without rushing or explaining yourself.
03
From partners and family to friendships and the people we meet at work — relationships shape so much of how we feel. We’ll gently look at how you relate, what you long for, and what tends to get in the way.
04
If you’ve been holding everything together for a long time, exhaustion can settle in quietly. Therapy offers a place to put some of it down and begin to remember what genuine rest, and a kinder pace, might feel like.
05
So many of us carry an inner voice that’s harsher than we’d ever be with someone else. Here we can gently understand where it came from, and slowly build a steadier, kinder sense of who you are.
06
Becoming a parent, ending a relationship, changing careers, growing older, moving home — transitions ask a lot of us, even the ones we’ve chosen. Therapy can help you meet change with more clarity and care.
07
The pressures women carry are often invisible. Together we make space for the layered roles, the shifting identities, the inner critic, and the woman quietly underneath it all — on her own terms.
08
Sometimes there isn’t a single word for what’s wrong — just a sense of being numb, flat, or far away from yourself. That’s reason enough to come. We’ll begin where you are.
“You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong, or how to put it into words. We can begin wherever you are.”
